Portfolio

Six companies across five sectors, united by one approach to building.

The sectors differ, but the operating discipline remains the same: establish the company correctly, test real demand early, and keep the leadership team close to operations after launch. These are the companies I have founded, co-founded, or invested in, together with a product developed within one of those businesses.

Technology and digital transformation

Digital infrastructure that enables businesses to grow

DataWork

Co-FounderRiyadhTechnology

DataWork is a Saudi technology company based in Riyadh, established to serve as one integrated execution partner rather than divide a project among separate strategy, design, development, and marketing providers. The company brings information technology, artificial intelligence, blockchain and Web3, marketing, and growth into one connected delivery model covering discovery, strategy, design, development, launch, and measurement.

The greatest weakness in many digital projects is not a single stage, but the gap between stages: a strategy that never becomes a product experience, or a product launched without the systems required to measure it. DataWork therefore begins with the client's underlying commercial problem, while ensuring that source code, hosting accounts, domains, and analytics remain registered in the client company's name.

KhdmaTech

FounderLicensed Saudi EstablishmentTechnology Services

A licensed Saudi business bringing 47 technology services into one point of contact. Its capabilities include website and application development, business intelligence and analytics, digital transformation, business networking, and digital marketing. Each engagement begins with a complimentary initial consultation to define the requirement before a solution is proposed.

Ezhalha

A DataWork ProductE-commerce

A product designed for online stores and physical retail branches in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. It brings six layers into one operating system: infrastructure and hosting; commerce platforms such as Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, and headless solutions; payments through mada, buy-now-pay-later services, and e-invoicing; integrations with inventory, shipping, accounting, and advertising systems; in-store and omnichannel technology; and a data and artificial-intelligence layer covering server-side tracking and demand forecasting.

The engagement begins with an assessment of the store's current position and a prioritised roadmap based on expected commercial impact, rather than a generic quotation. Compliance requirements are built in from the outset, including the E-Commerce Law, the phases of e-invoicing, and the Personal Data Protection Law. A monthly subscription model keeps one team accountable for operating and improving the store after launch.
